Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us in connection with the use of the App.

Article 2 (Contents of the App)

The App is intended to help you manage information, photos, and care records for houseplants and similar plants that you own, and to send reminder notifications such as for watering. The App includes a feature that uses AI to estimate a plant's species from a photo; this is provided for reference only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy.

Article 3 (Registration and Sign-In)

All features of the App are available without creating an account. If you do not sign in, the data you enter is stored only on your device; please be aware that this data may be lost if you change devices or delete and reinstall the App.

You may optionally sign in to the App using a Google, Apple, Facebook, or LINE account. If you sign in, your data is also synced to the cloud, allowing it to be carried over after a device change. The handling of information related to sign-in is governed by our separately posted Privacy Policy.

Article 4 (Plans and Fees)

1. The App offers a free "Free Plan" and a paid, monthly "Pro Plan." The details and price of each plan are as displayed within the App at the time.
2. The Pro Plan is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it will automatically renew and the renewal fee will be charged.
3. Cancellation must be done from the Apple ID subscription management screen within the "Settings" app on your own device.
4. Payment is made through the App Store payment system provided by Apple Inc., and any inquiries regarding refunds shall be handled in accordance with Apple's policies and procedures.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

When using the App, you must not engage in any of the following:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Acts that may interfere with the operation of the App
3. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise analyzing the App
4. Any other act that we deem inappropriate

Article 6 (Suspension of the App)

We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the App without prior notice to users if we determine that any of the following circumstances applies:

1. When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the systems related to the App
2. When it becomes difficult to provide the App due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or other natural disaster
3. When we otherwise determine that it is difficult to provide the App

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The plant care guidance provided in the App (such as watering frequency and fertilizer amounts), the results of AI-based plant identification, and the results of the AI Health Check are general reference information only, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. The AI Health Check suggests possible explanations for a plant's condition; it does not identify or confirm any disease or pest. Actual plant growth varies by individual and environment, and any final decisions are your own responsibility.
2. Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any damages arising in connection with the App.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

We may change these Terms at any time without prior notice to users when we determine it is necessary. The revised Terms will take effect once posted within the App or at a location we designate.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
